Images not displaying in gmail in IE

If you are opening gmail in Chrome or Firefox, images load fine. But when you open gmail in Internet Explorer (IE), images don't load at all.

You may get a warning like below:
"Do you want to view only the webpage content that was delivered Securely?"

Even after you allow to show images, still images don't display. Only Text message appears.

It's not a big problem. It's a bug in IE.

Here is the fix:
1. In IE, go to Tools --> Internet Options

2. Go to Security Tab.
3. Select Internet (if not selected by default)
4. Click on custom level

5. Under Miscellaneous, on Display Mixed Content, change from Prompt to Enable.

Single but not Lonely!!!...

Somebody asked me “WHY U R SINGLE? DON’T U FEEL LONELY?”.

I replied with a smile ‘I am single b’cos GOD is still searching someone for me and is busy in writing a best love story for me. Work, Meetings, Friends and Family, some social responsibilities, my days are packed in tight little schedules. I am never lonely, even when I am alone. Instead I look at it like riding an individual cloud’.

While sending an email with exe, dll, ocx, com or bat file as attachment in gmail, are you getting error message like below:

"This is an executable file. For security reasons, Gmail does not allow you to send this type of file."

Don't worry. Here is a method by which you send any type of file in your gmail.

1. Open your My computer. On the top menu beside file, edit and view, you can find Tools. Now go to Folder Options in it. A window will pop up.

2. In that window, click on the View tab. Now find Hide extensions for known file types and uncheck it. Now click Ok.

3. Go to the folder containing the .exe file or some other file which is to be sent over the Gmail. Change the file extension of the file to other extensions which Gmail allows like .jpeg or .GIF [e.g. If the file program.exe is to be sent, rename it to program.jpeg] and attach and send the file.If you have a large file, do the above steps and then Zip it. You can't send just by zipping, as gmail scans extensions in zip files also.
4. At the recievers end, after downloading the file, ask them to get it renamed again to the original file extension.

It's very simple and helpful tips.
